2 Meetings

Meetings may be held either in the library or in private houses. Full ordinary meetings would normally be held on the library premises. At the moment this means on either Tuesday or Fridays during ordinary opening hours. Until an agreement is reached with all the members of the partnership : the Newcastle City Council via the Library Service(1) , Newcastle College (2),  and the Friends of High Heaton Library(3) , the opening hours will channel all meetings during the two days available when the library has not been pre-booked for scheduled summer time activities.
  
Sometimes meetings may be held elsewhere (such as rooms at Newcastle City Library). On these occasions the Friends will be represented by Lewis Moncrieff - ChairFOHHL , Cynthia Campbell - TreasurerFOHHL, Angela Mackenzie - Vice ChairFOHHL, James Mackenzie - Secretary FOHHL.
